About
Hi, and welcome. My name is Gentry Underwood. I work at IDEO, where I spend most of my time designing and building software for communities and organizations to use together.
This site is an experiment, thrown up in a hurry, to complement an article on Core77. I hope it will grow to be a place where a community of like-minded social software designers can interact with one another, but that will only happen if you help me make it better, so let that feedback flow.
If you want to know more about my work at IDEO, you can find it here. I also run a classic car hunter’s site called Bring a Trailer with a friend. My personal page is here, with links to a somewhat random portfolio of photos and videos, as well as an equally random blog. Also I’m occasionally on twitter.
I wasn’t kidding about the feedback — I look forward to hearing from you. Get involved in one of the conversations (or start your own).
